We work with nature to provide the best care for our animals. Our cows graze high in the mountains during the summer and enjoy organic alfalfa hay in the winter for the ideal nutrient profile. They never receive artificial growth hormones or antibiotics.
Our meat is processed by our USDA-certified partner, dry-aged for 21 days, and then CRYOVAC-sealed to ensure freshness for at least 18 months.
Our half-beef orders include 180 lbs of fresh, grass-finished beef.
We aren’t able to guarantee exactly how many of each cut will be included in your package because the animals vary in size. We have to do a bit of mixing and matching to ensure that you get each pound you pay for. That’s the reality of working with nature to provide the best food!
- 26 lbs of prime boneless steaks including New York, top sirloin, and rib eye.
- 34 lbs of boneless roast, including tri-tip, brisket, chuck, and rump.
- 100 lbs of burger (This can be ground, formed into ⅓ lb patties, or a combo of both. You pick!)
- 20 lbs of other cuts, which can include stew beef, short ribs, fajita steak, and cube steak.
