We don’t cut any corners when it comes to raising healthy animals for delicious, nutrient-dense meat! We work with nature to provide the best care for our animals.
- Our cows graze high in the mountains during the summer and enjoy organic alfalfa hay in the winter to maintain an ideal nutrient profile. They never receive artificial growth hormones or antibiotics.
- Our pigs enjoy life outside and receive organic soy free feed. They never receive artificial growth hormones or antibiotics.
Our meat is processed by our state certified partner, dry-aged for 14 – 21 days, and then CRYOVAC-sealed to ensure freshness for at least 18 months.

Enjoy 30 lbs of fresh, grass-finished beef and pastured pork.
- Beef: Choose ground beef, burger patties, or a combination.
- Pork: Choose pure ground pork, country sausage (as served in our Farm Kitchens), or a sausage variety.
